Stick & Puck sessions require individuals to pre-register, pay and reserve their spot for each session.  Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a adult family member. Stick & Puck is currently limited to a lower number of participants, that number varies per building.   

Skates, hockey Pants, Shin Guards, Elbow Pads, Shoulder Pads, Hockey helmet with cage, gloves, stick required for all participants under 18.

Adults: Skates, Helmet, gloves and stick.

• Must be registered for session  in DaySmart. Check-in at front desk upon arrival. Check overhead scheduler for locker room assignment.​​​​​​
• Sessions are for individual skill development and exercise, no Pick-Up games of any kind are allowed
• No private coaching allowed other than with immediate family members

$15.00 for skaters and goalies

We do not offer a refund, in order to receive a credit or transfer your registration to a different day. We need a 2 hour notice before session starts by emailing cindy.zijlstra@polaricenc.com.
