SLED STICK & PUCK RULES and PROCEDURES
- To secure a spot at Sled Stick-N-Puck session individuals are required to register via daysmart to reserve their spot for each session.
- SLED REQUIRED!
- Sessions are for individual skill development and exercise. No Pick-up games of any kind are allowed.
- No private coaching allowed.

SLED Stick & Puck: $15.00 for skaters and goalies
CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not offer a refund, in order to receive a credit or transfer your registration to a different day. We need a 2 hour notice before session starts by emailing cindy.zijlstra@polaricenc.com.
Hurricanes Sled Hockey was created with the purpose of serving our community and enriching the lives of physically disabled individuals (and their families) of all ages and backgrounds, by providing them the opportunity to play adaptive ice hockey.
For Individuals ages 6+ with developmental and/or physical disabilities to participate in ice hockey in an adaptive environment.
