Each week skaters will have 30mins of class and 30mins to practice!
Masks are required for ages 5 and up all times in the building, whether on or off the ice surface.
Only registered Learn to Skate participants are allowed inside the rink, no spectators.
One guardian is required to participate on ice in SnowPlow Sam Class with their registered skater, no spectators. Parents exit the rink after check in and pick up at the end of the hour.
We encourage skaters to come dressed to take the ice! We recommend warm clothes, gloves, long socks, and helmet for beginners.
Rental Skates are included in program cost. First time skaters should use skates with toe-picks.
Class levels may be combined according to enrollment.

Whether you have been skating your whole life or are looking to start skating as an adult, we have TONS of options for you here at Polar Iceplex! Skating is not only a fun way to socialize with your friends but it is also phenomenal fitness!
We have Adult Skating options for everyone whether you are just looking to learn the basics, or you would like to take class while your child is in their class, or if would like to play in our Adult Hockey Leagues, or are looking to take advanced Figure Skating lessons with hopes of competing. Classes will be divided by skill level.
$10 credit will be added to DASH account for future purchases.
Make up classes are available during the current session and may not be carried over into the next session. All make up classes must be approved by the skating director.
We do not issue refunds for our Learn to Skate programming.

Now is the perfect time to learn how to skate or expand your current skating knowledge base! We'd love for you to join us in our Adult Learn to Skate classes. These classes are available for skaters with no skating experience through higher level hockey and figure skaters.
Do you have your basic skating skills down and would like to work on your power and edge control for hockey or would like to start with your advanced skating skills tests with figure skating?
All adults working on Jumps and Spins above a standstill waltz jump and a basic 1 foot spin, must sign up for FreeSkate 1-6 levels (accordingly) if they wish to stay in group lessons.
Additionally, Private lessons may be the next step for you! We have a wide variety of experienced coaches who would love to help our adults meet their skating goals.
